Terms & Conditions
• Orders of out of stock items: Generally delivery of 7 working days, express can sometimes be arranged but will incur a charge and manufactured items (i.e. counters) take 21 days.
• Ordering and exchange of goods: All ordered items must be paid for in advance, any items specifically ordered in may not be exchanged.
• Local delivery charges: small items - £3.00, large items £15.00 and other areas price on application.
• Discount structure: £500+ = 2%, £1000+ = 5%, £2000+ = 7.5%, £4000+ 10%, and £7500+ Neg.
• Refunds can only be given on production of an original receipt.
• All prices exclude VAT.
Payment by debit card is free of charge.
• Payment by credit cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge.
